This is an original, French moyenne theatrical movie poster from 1969 for the initial release of Blues for Lovers (also released as Ballad in Blue) starring Ray Charles, Tom Bell, Mary Peach, Dawn Addams, Betty McDowall, Lucy Appleby, and Piers Bishop. Paul Henreid directed the musical drama. Boris Grinsson is the artist for the poster.
The poster measures 23.75" x 31.5" and is in very good to excellent condition with some minor creasing around the white edges from handling and storage. It was folded at the time of printing and the folds have slightly darkened with age. The poster has been stored flat for many years and will be rolled for shipping in a rigid, tube mailer.
Please look closely at the photo (this is the exact poster you are buying). It is not cropped or a stock image. The black squares in the corners of the poster are magnets and not pins.
