This is an original Italian 2-Fogli movie poster from 1982 for History of the World Part 1 starring Mel Brooks, Dom DeLuise, Madeline Kahn, Cloris Leachman, Gregory Hines, and Sid Caesar. Mel Brooks also directed the film. John Alvin is the artist for the poster.
The poster measures 39” x 55” and is in good to very good condition. The poster was folded before being shipped to a movie theater. Most folds flatten out nicely for framing and are often desirable for vintage, collectible movie posters. The poster has some edge wear, pinholes from theatrical display and some minor surface wear.
Please look closely at the photos (this is the exact poster you are buying). This rare and collectible poster, printed in 1982 for the initial Italian release of History of the World Part 1, is not a reprint or reproduction.
