This is an original, linen-backed, one sheet movie poster from 1971 for Willy Wonka and the Chocolate Factory starring Gene Wilder, Jack Albertson, Peter Ostrum, Roy Kinnear, Denise Nickerson, Leonard Stone, Julie Dawn Cole, Paris Themmen, and Dodo Denney. Mel Stuart directed the classic, musical comedy.
The poster measures 27" x 41" and has been linen-backed for long-term preservation and display. The poster was in good to very good condition prior to restoration with pinholes in the corners from theatrical display, scattered creases and minor scuffs, and some wear and small tears along parts of the edges. It was folded at the time of printing. The folds are slightly less prominent after backing. Linen-backed posters are rolled for shipping in a rigid, tube mailer.
