This is an original, rolled, one-sheet movie poster from 1991 for The Double Life of Veronique (Le Double vie de Veronique) starring Irene Jacob, Philippe Volter, Sandrine Dumas, Aleksander Bardini, and Louis Ducreux. Krzysztof Kieslowski directed the romantic drama.
The single-sided poster measures 27” x 41” and is in good to very good condition with two small spots of surface paper loss on the top edge from removal from theatrical display. There is some light wear along parts of the edges from previous handling. It has never been folded.
Please look closely at the photo (this is the exact poster you are buying). It is not cropped or a stock image. The black squares in the corners of the poster are magnets and not pins.
This very rare and collectible poster, printed in 1991 to promote the limited, U.S. theatrical release of The Double Life of Veronique, is not a reprint or a reproduction.
