This is an original, one-sheet movie poster from 1979 for Escape from Alcatraz starring Clint Eastwood, Patrick McGoohan, Roberts Blossom, Jack Thibeau and Fred Ward. Don Siegel directed the prison escape film. Birney Lettick is the artist for the poster.
The poster measures 27” x 41” and is in very good to excellent condition with two tiny spots of discoloration and a tiny, triangular crease on the lower-right white edge with a partial tear. It was folded at the time of printing. Most folds flatten out nicely for framing and are often desirable for vintage, collectible movie posters.
