  • This is an original, French moyenne movie poster from the 1970s for a theatrical re-release of Dr. Strangelove or: How I Learned to Stop Worrying and Love the Bomb. The classic Cold War comedy stars Peter Sellers, George C. Scott, Slim Pickens and Sterling Hayden. The film was directed by Stanley Kubrick.  Tomi Ungerer is the artist for the poster.

The poster measures 22.5" x 30.25" and is in very good to excellent condition with minor wear along parts of the edges from previous handling. It was folded at the time of printing but has has been stored flat for many years. The poster will be rolled for shipping in a rigid, tube mailer.

Please look closely at the photo (this is the exact poster you are buying).  It is not cropped or a stock image.  The black squares in the corners of the poster are magnets and not pins.
