This is an original Italian two-panel movie poster from 1980 for The Empire Strikes Back starring Mark Hamill, Harrison Ford, Carrie Fisher, Billy Dee Williams, Anthony Daniels, James Earl Jones, Kenny Baker, Peter Meyhew, Frank Oz and Alex Guinness. Irvin Kershner directed the Star Wars sequel and Tom Jung is the artist for the poster.
Referred to in Italy as a 4 Fogli, the poster was printed in two sections that overlap and measures 55” x 78”. The poster is in very good to excellent condition with minimal wear from handling. The poster was folded at the time of printing. Most folds flatten out nicely for framing and are often desirable for vintage, collectible movie posters.Please look closely at the photo.
