Five Million Years to Earth (1967)

This is an original, one-sheet movie poster from 1968 for the initial, U.S. theatrical release of Five Million Years to Earth (released outside the U.S. as Quatermass and the Pit) starring James Donald, Andrew Keir, Barbara Shelley, and Julian Glover. Roy Ward directed the English Hammer sci-fi action sequel to The Quatermass Xperiment and Quatermass 2. Gerald Allison is the artist for the poster.

The poster measures 27 x 41” and is in excellent, unused condition with minimal wear from long-term, folded storage. The title stamp on the back of the poster, applied to nearly every one sheet from this era, slightly bleeds through to the front on the upper-left corner. It was folded at the time of printing. Most folds flatten out nicely for framing and are often desirable for vintage, collectible movie posters.
