This is an original, linen-backed, Belgian theatrical movie poster from 1960 for Alfred Hitchcock's Psycho starring Anthony Perkins, Janet Leigh, Vera Miles, John Gavin, Martin Balsam and John McIntire. Alfred Hitchcock directed the classic horror thriller based on the novel by Robert Bloch.
The poster measures 13.75" x 21" and has been linen-backed for long-term preservation and display. The poster was in good condition prior to restoration with pinholes from theatrical display, some small tears, smudges, and scuffs from rough handling, and moderate wear along some of the folds. It was folded at the time of printing but the folds are less noticeable after restoration. Linen-backed posters are stored flat and rolled for shipping in a rigid, tube mailer.
