This is an original, linen-backed, Argentinian theatrical movie poster from 1980 for Raging Bull starring Robert De Niro, Joe Pesci, Cathy Moriarty, and Frank Vincent. Martin Scorsese directed the classic film based on the book by boxer Jake LaMotta.
The poster measures 29" x 42.75" and has been linen-backed for long-term preservation and display. It was in good to very good condition prior to backing with some slight darkening, a tiny spot of paper loss on the bottom edge, and wear along parts of the folds and cross-folds. It was folded at the time of printing but the folds are much less noticeable after backing. The poster was linen-backed in the European style without any restoration to noted defects. Linen-backed posters are stored flat and rolled for shipping in a rigid, tube mailer.
