This is an original three-sheet movie poster from 1979 for Star Trek: The Motion Picture starring William Shatner, Leonard Nimoy, DeForest Kelley, James Doohan, George Takei, Walter Koenig, Nichelle Nichols, Majel Barrett and Stephen Collins. Robert Wise directed the film. Bob Peak is the artist for the poster.
The poster measures 41” x 81” and is in very good to excellent condition with a tiny separation in the bottom-right crossfold. The poster was folded at the time of printing. Most folds flatten out nicely for framing and are often desirable for vintage, collectible movie posters. There is some darkening on the back of the part of the poster from storage. It has no effect on the front of the poster.
Please look closely at the photo (this is the exact poster you are buying). The small, black squares in the corners of the poster are magnets to hold the poster down and are not pins.
