This is an original, Japanese two-panel movie poster from 1970 for They Shoot Horses, Don't They? starring Jane Fonda, Michael Sarrazin, Susannah York, Gig Young, Bonnie Bedelia, and Red Buttons. Sydney Pollack directed the depression-era drama based on the novel by Horace McCoy.
The Tatekan poster measures 20” x 57” and was printed in two sections designed to overlap. It is in very good condition with creasing on parts of the left edge from prefious handling. The poster was briefly folded after printing but has been stored flat for several years. It will be rolled for shipping.
